Managing Director of ASPD Consulting Group, Mansour’s background is in Civil Engineering and Engineering and Technology Management, with an extensive experience in construction, engineering, disputes and claims management. A qualified Engineer, Mansour has considerable hand on experience and is well experienced in the assessment of project status, holistic management, cause and effect of and analysis of multi-billion-dollar engineering projects. He has provided numerous expert witnesses service in the Courts of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

• Bassem F. Bakleh (Sr. Controls Manager)

An experienced Sr. Controls and Planning Manager and a qualified Mechanical Engineer, Bassem brings over two decades of extensive practical experience representing contractors, project managers and consultants on Construction, Petrochemical, Mechanical and Electrical Projects. He has gained considerable experience as a claims specialist involved with time delay analysis using various time delay analysis methodologies and scheduling tools including Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, MS Project, and NetPoint.
